Privacy Act Statement

This statement is provided pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a). The information collected is authorized by 42 U.S.C. 241. Submitting your information is voluntary. However, if you do not wish to provide your information, you will not be able to participate in using the NIH Office of Clinical Research Education & Collaboration Outreach (OCRECO) Learning Management System. The purpose of the information collection is to create and manage: course registration for NIH and non-NIH users, access to course materials for registered users, access to exams and certificates, course and lecture evaluations, and to maintain user reports and usage statistics. The information you provide will be included in a Privacy Act system of records, and will be used and may be disclosed for the purposes and routine uses described and published in the following System of Records Notice (SORN): 09-25-0014; Clinical Research: Student Records, HHS/NIH/OD/OIR/OE.
